THIS GAME HAS BEEN INVENTORIED AND IS 100% COMPLETE INCLUDING THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS (in both English and French) AND THE ORIGINAL BOX INSERTS.
Game overview (largely taken from boardgamegeek.com): This game is like Charades on steroids. The active player gets four cards. Each card has two words on it, one easy, one difficult. The harder the word, the more points it's worth. The player picks one word from each card and loads them into the timer device. S/he then has about a minute to communicate the words to teammates; when a word is guessed correctly, the card must be snatched out of the timer. The timer, meanwhile, will "eat" the cards, one at a time, if they aren't snatched. You get points for each card successfully rescued from the timer.
Inside the box: as stated, this game is 100% complete and inside the box you will receive:
- 504 Guesstures cards in their own lidded box
- 1 Mimer-Timer game unit
- original box inserts
Game condition: In EXCELLENT condition with all pieces here. Game instruction sheets, one in English and one in French language, are clear and legible. Game box inserts are in EXCELLENT! and unmarked, unbroken condition. The 504 Guesstures cards in their original lidded box are all here and card imagery is bright and vivid, text is all clear, legible and easy to read. Cards show no rips, tears, creases or dog-eared corners. Card box is also in EXCELLENT! condition with NO! broken corners and the lid for the card box fits nicely and removes easily as it should. The unique Mimer-Timer device functions as it should and is in clean and unbroken condition. Game box is in EXCELLENT! condition with a minimum of real shelfwear. There is some rub to the corners of the box but NO! split or broken corners. The lid shows a couple of blemishes from old price tag removal.
